Glossary
The words you will hear, in plain English.
- Data licence
- Written permission for a buyer to use an agreed copy of your records for agreed purposes. You keep ownership of the original records.
- Exclusive licence
- You agree not to license the same records to anyone else, for a set time or a set use.
- Non-exclusive licence
- You may license the same records to more than one buyer. Each agreement says what that buyer may do.
- Permitted use
- The specific things a buyer may do with the records, such as training or testing an AI system. Anything else needs new permission.
- Record
- One item of work history, such as an email thread, a support ticket, a deal note, or a document.
- Dataset
- A defined set of records prepared for a task, with a description of what it contains and what was left out.
How do I find out what my data is worth?
Ask Korra on the home page. Describe your business and where your records live. In a few minutes you get a starting range and a data card. It is a starting point, not an offer, and it costs you nothing.
What records count?
Records your business owns that show real work: emails, team chats, sales records, support tickets, documents, call transcripts, task histories, and saved AI reviews. Good records show a request, the work, and the result.
Do I need to upload files?
No. You describe your records: the record type, the years, a rough count, and what to leave out. Your files stay in your systems.
How long does it take?
A few minutes in the chat for your range and your card. If you want offers, you read your de-identified card and approve it, and Korra reads it before it lists.
Can Korra list it for me?
Yes. Book a 15-minute call. Korra goes through your card with you and lists it, and buyers see it as Verified by Korra.
What do Checked and Verified mean?
Every listed card says Checked by Korra, which means Korra read the card before it listed. After a short call, it says Verified by Korra, which means Korra has spoken with you.
Ready when you are.
A starting range and a data card in a few minutes. Nothing to upload, and it costs you nothing.
