Someone who knows an owner
A friend, a former colleague, a customer, a neighbour. One conversation is enough to start.
Korra partners
Know a business owner? Bring them to Korra. When their records are licensed, the biggest share of the fee is yours, in cash, within seven days. The business pays nothing.

An individual, a broker, an agency, a team. Two minutes to sign up.

70% to the deal partner, 20% to the pool, 7% to the line. Korra keeps 3%. No cap: a bigger deal pays more.

Credited the day Korra receives its fee. Cashed out within a week.

Your share comes out of Korra’s fee, never out of their price.
Why 97
Korra does not hire a sales team. Partners are the sales team.
Thousands of brokers chase the same few businesses. Most work alone and treat every other broker as a rival. When everyone fights over the same deal, most people leave with nothing.
We built it the other way. The deal partner takes 70, because they did the work. The line takes 7, because somebody brought that partner in, and that counts. The pool takes 20, so every partner who closes a deal is paid on every deal the whole team closes.
Korra keeps 3. That pays for the shelf and the buyer connections. It does not pay for much more, so Korra is in the same race as every partner, bringing deals in. The more partners there are, the better the odds for all of us.
Korra and its partners are one team. The split is written so it stays that way.
There is one kind of partner, and one agreement. Alone or as a team, part time or every day. If you can have a real conversation with an owner, you can bring a business.
A friend, a former colleague, a customer, a neighbour. One conversation is enough to start.
Owners planning ahead want every source of value on the table.
You already know which clients keep years of their own records.
You sit inside the business and see what its systems hold.
You talk to owners every day. One more question is easy.
You set up the inbox, the help desk or the CRM. You know how far back it goes.
You reach many owners at once. Each one you speak with can name you.
Sign up under one lead, or each in the lead’s line. Both are paid.
Three steps. You never touch any data.
1Tell them their records can be licensed, that they keep their files, and that it costs them nothing. The kit has the words.
2When they want in, send your link to their email. It lives three days. Their click signs them up and names you their deal partner.
3They list, buyers make offers, they accept one. When the deal closes, 70% of Korra’s fee is yours, as partner points, the same day.

The buyer pays the seller’s price, and pays Korra’s fee on top. Every fee is split the same way: 97% to partners, 3% to Korra.
A business Korra brought itself has no deal partner and no line, so Korra keeps those shares. The pool is paid on every deal. If a deal is reversed, its credit comes off your next one.
You can be paid on deals you did not bring. Two ways.
Your second link, same code. A person who signs up through it joins your line, below you, for good. When a partner in your line closes a deal, you are paid 4% of the fee; the partner above you 2%; the one above them 1%. Three levels, no further. The 7% is always paid in full to whoever is in the line.
20% of every fee Korra receives, shared by every partner who closed a deal in the last 12 months. Half is split the same for everyone in it. Half is split by the size of each partner’s closed deals this year. One closed deal puts you in.

Sign up under one lead and share as you like, or each of you in the lead’s line so the system pays every level. The dashboard shows who brought whom.
All four are there from the first day. Use the one that fits the conversation.
One link with your code. After you have spoken with a business and they want in, send it to their email. It lives three days. Their click signs them up and names you.
Answer the listing questions for a client so they do not fill anything in twice. The same click that names you opens the draft for their review. Only they approve and sign.
The second link, same code. A person who signs up through it joins your partner line, below you, for good. No expiry, and if they come back within 70 days your code is still in the box. Either link also works as a typed code at sign-up.
Give Korra the buyer’s company email and what they buy. Korra emails them in your name and gets in touch to open their account.
Your dashboard shows every business you brought, their listings and offer counts, your partner line, the pool, and every credit as it lands.
Owners trust a partner who is open about the deal. So Korra tells them everything, and they stay in charge.
Nobody holds a business by typing its name. The business clicks your link, or types your code, after you have spoken. No click, no claim.
Every partner share comes out of Korra’s fee. It never comes out of the seller’s price or raises the buyer’s.
If two of you brought them, they can say so. The deal partner’s share and the line’s share are then split in half.
A seller can hide offer amounts from you. You always see the count.
You are not paid on a deal that closes after that.
If you charge the business a fee too, tell Korra at sign-up. Korra shows it to every business you bring.

What to say to an owner, answers to what they ask, two intro emails, and a one-page sheet.
The full rules are in the partner terms. Anything else: info@korra.io.
Partners keep 97% of every fee Korra receives. You get 70% of the fee on every deal you bring, with no cap. You also get 4%, 2% or 1% on deals closed by partners in your line, and a share of the pool once you have closed a deal this year.
The day Korra receives its fee from the buyer, your share lands as partner points, one point to the dollar. Points cash out within seven days. If a deal is reversed, its share comes off your next credit.
The three partners above you. When you close a deal, they are paid 4%, 2% and 1% of the fee. When a partner below you closes one, you are paid the same way. Three levels, no further.
20% of every fee, shared by every partner who closed a deal in the last 12 months. Half is split evenly. Half is split by the size of each partner’s deals. One closed deal puts you in.
Anyone who can have a real conversation with a business owner. There is one kind of partner and one agreement. A business that lists its own records cannot also be a partner.
No. Every partner share comes out of Korra’s fee. It never touches the seller’s price.
No. Talk first. Send your seller link only after they say they want in. It lives three days, and only their click names you.
The business decides. The first link it clicks wins. It can also name both of you, and the shares are split in half.
Yes. One lead signs up and the team shares as it likes. Or each of you signs up through the lead’s partner link, so the system pays every level.
No. Never ask an owner for files, records or passwords. Listing takes answers only.
Yes, at any time. You are paid every credit up to the day you stop.
